Thanks! Also if you have some audiobooks about transcendental meditation would be nice if you upload them.

Thankyou. I love David's films and like hearing about his working methods & ideas. I practiced TM about 17 years ago. It was effective. On and off have practiced meditation ever since. TM was costly, though. People interested in meditation can probably find other contexts/groups in or near their local area that will not cost as much. Audiobook Corner is a wonderful resource!

Why are there people like Frank in the world?

Thanks for your input Anon2....wasn't aware TM was expensive. Maybe that was just your area though? It somewhat gives me a bad impression of David & his foundation if it requires alot of money.

Yeah, i looked into it a while ago and it was very expensive. Especially for something that is "available to everybody" and is the "key to world peace".

This is a fantastic book though. The chapter about the blue box in Mulholland Drive makes me chuckle.

He's a great mentor and the ideas are wonderful but TM is about making money. There are great meditation resources available for free www.freebuddhistaudio.com for example. I agree with Anonymous 2. A great meditation guide would be Jon Kabut-Zinn's Meditation for Ultimate Health with Andrew Weil.
