oh got a little too excited about seeing the post, didnt even get to read what you wrote. ok so top 5 arnies.

Total Recall, 6th Day, Commando, Predator, Terminator. not necessarily in that order. Red Sonja as a possible 6th. Anyone that hasnt seen 6th day really needs to - he's got so many great one liners.

and as for why no Stallone Arnie collaboration, I think thats simple. Each works best as the main character in movies, having 2 may very well cause the Earth to spin completely off its axis, or at the very least, just have a complete monopoly over any and all action movies for the rest of eternity....

Nice post!

Terminator, Predator, Conan the Barbarian, Pumping Iron & Total Recall.

Writing this list was actually way harder than I thought it would be.

also, to continue with my ramblings, since I cant offer a time and day when Arnie and Stallone team up.... I CAN however, offer a date for another film with an excellent line up.

The Expendables

I'm already salivating

thankses very muches!

1. Last Action Hero (a movie that was incredibly underrated in my opinion)
2. Total Recall
3. Terminator 2
4. Predator
5. Sixth Day

Last Action hero contains a great scene with Arnie and a cutout of Stallone. Of course, in the future in Demolition Man(a Stallone flic) they say that Arnie became president. (Demolition Man is a seriousley funny movie - also incredibly underrated)

Why didn't they ever make an arnie/stallone movie? Because it would have been so awesome it would have killed the action hero movie.

not too many people know that the "inventor" of the waterbed was denied a patent because of the description of the hospital bed in this book...also, all the names have DEEP meanings (Thank God for Google, looking them up is easy these days).
Prediction: there will NEVER be a film version of this book...(PS - i love this site - many thanks for your efforts)
